Virdhunagar is going through a severe drinking water crisis after a few years again..
Water tables have gone down after about 5 yrs virudhunagar teppam is about to dry up.
Nothing big can be done !!! but at least some effective measures can be taken.
JUST watch this video, how eager are the people in power are interested in giving water.
The Collector Sigy Thomas Vithiyan when she came looked impressive with her work
but now looks no more effective. Past few months despite having water in ondipulli
the project was not made for water to be pumped.
Many are asking if the bandh last year did have any effect….
Nothing can happen overnight, we poisoned our system over 20 yrs…
so it will improve over next few years….
